Root Best Browser For CM7?

Looking for opinions on the best browser to use with CM7 on a Nook Color. The one that loads with the ROM is OK and I have been using Opera Mobile. Opera Mobile is reasonably fast but I have found, for lack of a better term, the "user experience" to be somewhat lacking so I thought I would solicit other opinions from the broader community here in All Things Rooted.

There are two opera browsers, Mini and Mobile, the Mini is reportedly better for slower devices (and we know the NC certainly is a slow device). :D

From my testing, only one of the Opera browsers (Mobile) shows the page as it's intended, which is important to me as a web developer.

I prefer Chrome or Chrome beta, but not sure how it performs on the NC. I can research a location in Google Maps using Chrome at work and my phone will offer it as a map, pretty cool.
 
I don't think Chrome can be used unless you have an ICS or JB rom??? CM7 is gingerbread.

I'd recommend Dolphin if Chrome can't be used
 
OP, didn't read your whole post and noticed you mentioned Opera. What Colchiro said was dead on. So, just to throw out some options:

1. Opera
2. Dolphin
3. Boat (very light and minimal but still a good browser)
4. Maxthon (popular with some of the devs of custom ROMs)
