best browser for desire?

What is the best browser for the desire? Dolphin hd, dolphin mini, opera or tje stock one? I'm wondering if dolphin hd uses a bit too much memory in the desire?

I've used xscope since I first got my desire, and it's stayed with me across every rom change since. Tried plenty of other browsers, but still come back to that one. :)

But, it always comes down to personal preference - the only way to know for sure is to try them and see.

I mostly use stock android browser (not HTC version). Do also have Boat for when I want some more features (nice tabbed browser, but seems very marginally slower than stock) and Dolphin Mini for when I want something light.

Never really got on with Dolphin HD, though hard to say why exactly, and uninstalled Opera Mini when I realised I'd not used it for 6 months. Possible that might happen to one of the others in future, but I'm not short of space at the moment.

I really like Opera now, it's come along way from when I first tried it a year ago and hated it. Looks nice, really fast page loading, and you can have Opera Turbo which really helps when you are in a 2G area

The only problem I have with the stock Android browser is that for a long time now I haven't been able to click on links with the optical trackpad.

I thought there was something wrong with my phone but I just realised that it works fine in Dolphin HD. It might sway me to use Dolphin as my main browser as I find it to be a very useful feature.

I use Miren when on wifi connection as I find it really fast.

For some reason, when on 2G/3G/H it displays in Japanese or something, so I use Opera Mini.

Been using Boat lately which I like a lot.

Just started using boat after this post. Been using opera mini before.
I like boats UI, like Safarion iPhone, but its definitely slower on my crappy vodafone au connection.
Just downloaded Miren and Xscope to try too. I have tried all the big ones (Opera, Skyfire, Forefox, etc.) and I found them all lacking somewhere, generally speed on slow data connections or storing loads of data on internal memory.

Opera Mini was the fastest for me and least intrusive, but occasionally I'd be on a flash site and it wouldn't work, so now people have mentioned these others to me, I'm going to try them.
