Best Buy Details

If I have a coupon that says it cannot be used on a contract phone, does it mean I can't use it on an upgrade, full price or at all? I'm buying the phone right out, but because it's a "contract phone" technically I can't use it, correct?

I think that just means a buying a phone on contract so you should be fine, but more importantly, where did you get a coupan?
 
A while ago someone posted a screen shot from a BB purchase order with an instock date of 2/21/2011 or TODAY... Can someone from BB confirm or deny that they have stock???

She must know something that the VZW customer service folk do not. The ones I have spoken to said that they have heard no word on what the pricing will be. Indeed, the last guy I spoke with stated that 3G unlimited plans may not even be able to be grandfathered into 4G.

My husband is a BB worshiper and has that rewards card. He got 2 coupons in the mail, 1 for 12% off and 1 for 15% off. Both say they can't be used on contract, but if I can I will sure try to use it!

I believe that was Jay. Last I heard, he seems to think they are coming in on the 24th. If they did arrive today, all the BB employees are too busy playing with them to let us know.

wonder if that will work if im opening a new contract with verizon
 
what happend to the fedex guy that said a big shipment is coming in today and tomorrow? wonder if he found out what the items were

The LTE pricing that I have gotten from the different VZW sales people I talked to in the store (this was while the huge LTE launch was going on) stated they were told that the pricing for the phones would be the same as the LTE modems, which is 29.99 unlimited.

Now that was coming from a store that was in the LTE area and has more then likely been through training for it.
 
i chatted with a VZW rep about two days ago, while asking about the Thunderbolt, and got this response:


You: any info on LTE data pricing? i've heard rumors of $29.99
Alice: Right now it still is $29.99.
You: as in--the regular "unlimited data" package currently offered by VZW?
Alice: Nothing has been given if it will change but we will post that information online when it is available"
 
Ok, I called BB and asked them about my coupon. The girl told me that she believes that only applies to the upgrade or new contract phone. If I am buying it straight out, she believes I would be able to use it. She also said to bring it with me and ask before check out and that person would be able to help me better in person. If I CAN use it, it will save me about $90.
 
Booo! My BestBuy literally just called me and said the TB was delayed and they don't know when they will be in, but the pre-orders will be first when they are available.

I know it's no new info, but I really hope I get a different call on Wed/Thu!
