I went to a couple of Best Buys in my area (Detroit Suburbs) this past week and both stores had posters and pedestals for the Thunderbolt in place. There wasn't a dummy phone on the pedestal. It was placed between the HTC Inspire and the EVO. But I can see what you mean about the ones posted on phandroid.

Is there any way you can use that Cellebright thing to tell anything else? Like firmware updates date or possible release dates?
Nope, which is why I found it interesting. I think were at the home stretch....but who knows lol

My old phone is a Samsung MS OS phone. Will I be able to move my contacts and notes from my old phone to a new Android TB phone using CELLEBRITE?
IF not, what other software application would I use to do this? I have a ton of Contact addresses and Notes in my old phone that I don't want to lose.

MS as in WinMo 6.x? If so, are you connected to an exchange server? If so follow this link to export into a .csv file and import them into gmail. Transfer contacts between Outlook and Google Gmail - Outlook - Microsoft Office

Argh! I wasn't stressing the delays because I'm going to use my tax refund to buy a pair of TBs. Well I got the damn thing today and now I can't wait for this thing to release! COME ON MONDAY 2/28! Daddy needs a pair of Thunderbolts!
I have high hopes for the 28thSo Rocky S. earlier was able to call corporate and get his Buy Back for free after the 26th. I decided to go to my local BB where I preordered it. Derrick greeted me and I inquired as to whether or not they got any new word from Verizon when the drop shipment he was expecting didnt show. He told me he had not heard anything and that they had no clue when to expect the phone now.
I asked to see his manager, he said the manager would tell me the same thing. I said OK and we both stood in awkward silence for about 30 seconds. I guess he didnt get that I still wanted to talk to the manager. I repeated my request and he repeated his reply so I left and called BB corporate.
I told BB corporate a recap of the situation and the woman on the phone sounded appalled. She said hold on I'll call up DERRICK. About 5-10 mins later she returned with the store manager confrenced in on the call.
The manager apologized and let me know that no matter when the phone arrives, I will get the buy back program for free.
As a side note, the manager made sure to let me know that this was entirely VZW's fault and that the VZW reps keep telling them new dates and not holding to them.

Ok guys, I thought the 4G on this phone was going to be no $$$ extra than the unlimited data plan I am already paying for. I just got my bill in the mail and it had an insert regarding 4G service... What's this aboot and will it have any relevance to Thunderbolt 4G and how much we'll have to pay to use it? Sorry picture isn't so clear...
