Looks like that phone was in Berkely California. Oh at 6:05PM on Thursday 24 Feb 2011. Yea, I got too much time on my hands. I hope we see some car docks available on launch.
 
Just got a chance to play w/ the bolt, my Rep had a demo phone, and said that they can't even buy one when it launches. The first thing I did was play around with the sense, then did a quadrant score. It came in at 1786 and the second time the 1824. Pretty good scores. It just occurred to me that I didn't look at what apps were on the phone. All I can say is I was so stoked to play around with it and compare it everything else, I drew a friggin blank. Anyway he still said the 28th is what corporate email said. Earlier I was ready to say f@#k it, and get another Inc., but now I'm more pumped than before. I can't take this rollercoaster ride.

I hope so too, Desire HD/Inspire 4G just had one announced the other day, arriving later in March.

until there's an official one though, I found a cradle for it so i have one at launch.

I only ended up paying $3 with free shipping, so its a cheapo temp, and its just as well since i may have to cut a little of the back for the camera ;)

Just got it to work, last time it didn't do that, HTC has to be prepping for the launch.

Keep an eye on HTCsense.com people, the register page will show which phone devices are available to use on the site, Inspire 4G was listed a few days before it went on sale.

No, this one is for the Desire HD, its a cheapo cradle, its not official

Some of this new activity gives me slight hope in the promise I got from the Verizon rep. on the customer service sales line to call me 7:45 a.m. Monday and take my t-bolt order. If nothing else, Verizon will be paying someone to give me a personal wake-up call. :)

In the meantime, what's the deal with the battery worries? Haven't we lived with lackluster battery life on the Incredible and Evo anyway. This concern is a little late arriving isn't it?

I think its there focus to fix since the whole world and there dog were bitching about the battery life on the Incredible / EVO in the first place, don't think they want another year of that, and it was touted to have atleast 5hrs talk time (notice they don't have the battery life info posted on the HTC website yet? but Inspire 4G had theres listed right after it was announced

and yes, that was definitely a ThunderBolt on that display beside the Droid Incredible


anyone find it strangely interesting that HTC seems to be having an event tonight? Engadget just got there first hands on with both the HTC Arrive and the HTC Merge
then they even took a picture of all the QWERTY phones together in a family portrait

i was watching the ustream of their event and they showed the thunderbolt at the htc up close. its there :)

I just remembered, tonight its the Engadget reader meetup, and they had already said that HTC was going to be on hand along with alot of other vendors/manufacturers

I think this is a great time to remind everyone about this accessory that was announced at MWC, the HTC ThunderBolt was spotted with one so it leads me to believe we'll also get one for it :)

Have not seen 1 Tbolt commercial tonight.
