Even if it is the 10th, they will take an EXTREME amount of pressure off themselves and there customers will be less stressed about the whole release date rumor business then if they just announce a freaking date like they did last year with the Incredible

After this bestbuy mess, i would NOT blame Verizon for doing exactly what AT&T just recently did and drop all third party carriers of there phones, it seems to cause nothing but trouble

Are the accounts that are registered to have corporate discounts through your employer also referred to as a corporate account? if so, mine is, i don't know how to get to the corporate site to get hardware discounts though because my employer doesn't have an email addy for me to register, i do get my discount though for my monthly rate

Thats what i was assuming, i had heard before others using that in the wrong context.

I wish i could access the phone discount page, but paying less than $699 is also better than nothing.

Here's hoping for Monday, an announcement from Verizon

If the bill is NOT in your name but company and the bill has company address you are probably on a corporate. Keep in mind you can NOT buy the phone at BBY.

If you have a company discount on your personal line ie you get the bill your account is not considered corporate.
 
Any new updates? Man the wait is excruciating. Went to est Buy and mine didn't have a dummy phone. I did look at the Inspire 4g for screen size comparison and overall appearance. They also said they didn't have any demo's of the Xoom but when I went back to the latop's the guy said no problem and pulled out a brand new one and fired it up. All was not lost I guess. I did take home a mobile flier with the Thunderbolt on the front. ;-)
 
Look at all the accessories for the T-Bolt. Is that a car mount showing???

Unless you got AT&T iPhone 4, you won't be able to use it overseas. Verizon's iPhone 4 does have the mdm6600 that does GSM and HSPA+, but the RF components and antenna are missing in action.

Looks like it. Verizon does not have the Mount is stock. (just called them);) The Droid X accessories showed up in the tele sales about 10 days before it came out, so I will keep calling.:D

I bought a Droid X on the 14th from BB, because I got a little too excited and sold my X early. I was in there the other day intent on complaining and acting childish (talked myself out of it) and talked to the manager about the delays, buying a X because the TB was delayed. I asked her when it would be out and told her I only had until the 28th and I would have to return the X and wait for the TB. She said don't worry about it and gave me her card with "Extend return policy for thunderbolt" written on it and her initials. I no longer care when it comes out. (sooner rather than later, preferred) You might want to give that a try. Hopefully with the delay all the accessories will be out at launch.:D
 
Can someone point me to a site, link or news release by either VZW or BB that says what the official release date was supposed to be?

There isn't one by Verizon. BB did a presale and was expected to have them in on the 14th of February.

i got it from verizon, cause bb could not see my upgrade. so i have only 14 days to return it for now
