Wow, someone would have to be awfully paranoid to change skus to avoid a leak about a device shipment... Not that we have a truly official launch announcement, but assuming we did, what the heck difference does a leak of shipping information matter.
Also, Jay, can I both get my AT&T account closed and the number transferred at BB. I would like to insure there is no chance for me losing my number.

My Best Buy (the girl is a troll in every sense of the word... if you don't want to work with the public, there are plenty of other jobs) told me that the return in the iPhone was 14 days, and it had to be returned at Verizon. I'm guessing she was just trying to get out of doing any work, but...

I got a call from best buy mobile about 30 minutes ago. They said to come on in on Thursday to get my Thunderbolt!! They also told me they would have enough tb's for all preorders and then some (I don't live in a large metropolitan area though). The guy also asked me if I want them to install a screen protector before I get there, but to hell with that I just want my phone!

lol just go in and stare at her for some time before you do the exchange, make her feel very uncomfortable.
Going to wait a few days before I make a decision, just backed up my SD card in case I make that leap and exchange into the bolt.
I dont get that part about screen protector. I mean what kind of an idiot salesman will put a screen protector on a phone before someone even buys it. I mean he would have to literally open a brand new phone without selling it and then put on a screen protector without selling it. I really dont believe they are allowed to do that.
On the other hand I hope you are not just saying it, lol. because I ordered mine the first day and I didn't get any call.

True but last time I went there they had me buy it first before they installed it. Don't wanna make this in to a big deal, so no worries. I doubt they even open a phone before the customer gets there.

For what its worth everybody my sister n law (using her discount) works for best buy here in Taylor MI and she txt me today saying its coming out the 24th...I HOPE SHES WRONG cuz i want it like last month but we shall see...how many other ppl have recieved a call from BB telln you to come p.u. your phone? just curious cuz i havent and i preordered the first day...and do you think the preorder ppl will get them the 17th and then when they restock everyone else will get em the 24th?
