A few of us believe that there will not be a pre-order option for this phone.

I for one would like to see it, but at&t is probably going to focus on the Atrix for right now, as it will have a pre-order option starting on Feb. 13.

I read somewhere that Best Buy had the Inspire in their system for preorder as of today. Can anyone confirm this?

They said it didn't have a price or anything, just the preorder information...

What is the return policy for phones at Best Buy? When I returned the Captivate to AT&T I had to pay a $35 restocking fee. Does Best Buy have something similar? Is it any different for premier silver members?

Wow. I called best buy just now and they haven't received any word on even carrying it. the guy said he usually finds out 2 weeks in advance, and then i told him it comes out next sunday. he was like, definitely not getting it then.....

30-day return/exchange policy. No restocking fee. That's why I like purchasing from them.

Although, the $30 gift card from Radio Shack sounds enticing.
