Best buy price - worldwide use

Hi

can anybody suggest best price for the moto droid razr M mobile as of now to buy it.

i will not be using it in USA.

so non contract or new phone default unlocked or any such will be good.

I know that I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but I got mine in person at a real Verizon store. I've heard of too many horror stories from people who got theirs online and then had issues when dealing with Verizon. Even some who got them from Verizon online had issues.
