Best Buy Return

If I purchased my Thunderbolt from Best Buy, what's the return policy? I wasn't explained anything when I was in the store. If I were to return it, do I loose my upgrade?
 
You'll need to return within 14 days to get your upgrade reversed or you can exchange for another phone after 14 days but before 30 days. After 14 you will be locked into a contract with Verizon.
 
yea, i'm gonna take mine in for a new thunderbolt on wednesday cause mine is getting really really really bad battery life with syncs off and it's constantly switching between 3G and 4G. Also, some apps won't install. they install on my friend's
