With all the features HTC packs in with the stock app (panorama, ability to take pics from video, takes pics while recording, burst mode,slow motion video capture, etc....) you would be hard pressed to find one that is better. Maybe similar but definitely not better.

Top left of the screen when in the camera app, there is a picture of a camera in the top left corner. Press that and its the first option in that menu.
