I wouldn't call the build quality great, i'd say it's just like any other car mount. has a plasticy feel to it but not so much that it'll fall apart. The joints hooking everything together feel sturdy. Not too worried about it breaking. And if it helps, it got an average of 4.5out of 5 stars on amazon with 186 reviews
Also has 3 methods in which to get it stuck to your car: vent, sticker mount and suction cup. Maybe i'll take a pic of my bolt in it later and post it. Here's a review that might help:

I use a Tetrax X-Way Mobile device holder. It is designed to be mounted on a AC vent but I have a custom bracket on my BMW dash that it mounts to. It uses a combonation of very strong magnets and a piece of rubber in the shape of an X to hold the phone very secure. It has a very thin piece of mettle that sticks to the back of your phone or case. The only time I can tell its there is when I lay the phone down on its back.
