Best extended battery

Whats the best extended battery for this phone?

Good luck having the forum come to a consensus.

I personally bought the Platinum 3400 mAh battery from amazon several weeks ago. It was only $9 shipped for me as a Prime member. Seidio makes the Platinum Battery, and it's considered to be made of the highest quality componenets. Compared to the $70+ Seidio 4000 mAh battery, the one I got is sort of the best value. Seidio (and Platinum) have the tapered battery cover though, so if you're not into that, you can get one of the generic extended batteries for about the same price as the Platinum, probably even less. I believe Seidio also sells a 3000 mAh for like $20...so that's a great value as well.

I can't confirm dimensions...but I suspect you can buy the Platinum battery, AND one of the generics and use the straight battery cover from the generic with the Platinum. Again, I don't know if it will work, but it seems like it may.

Bottom line, where are the "cells" sourced?
If china? Then Buyer beware!
If Japan? Then most likely will be a wise investment ( Platinum aka Seidio cells are sourced in Japan but it's manufactured in the philippines )

Laza Zcell battery !!!! Gives you days even if you use the shit out of your phone! It'll take a long time before you drain it completely!

The case that comes with the Laza battery is somewhat fragile. I've had mine for six weeks and it already falling apart. I have no complaints about the battery. It lasts for two days of heavy use.

The standard battery is a 1730mah if that is what you are asking.

thanks thats what i looked for , the battery number is 35H00166-00M will the phone work with a different battery number? is there a way to know if it works in your phone?

I had the Laza extended battery for about a month or so. Personally it was too big and bulky for what it was. The battery life was fantastic for the first few weeks but the deal breaker for me was that it started to last for only about 10 hours a day on moderate/heavy use no matter what. Seeing how that was only about 2 hours longer than my standard battery, I returned it and ended up getting the Ankher 1900mah batter that is the same size as the stock battery but a bit more juice. So far I am pleased with it, I've gotten 16 to 18 hours off it with moderate use, mostly because this battery seems to do well when the phone is just idling.
