Root Best/fun apps that require root

Adfree lol, from my experience, apps that require root are usually utility/tool based.. i have a bunch.. ill flip through my list and postem in a few.. AndMemory is useful

I would have to second adfree as the single most important Android app, without it I would have deleted many useful apps just for merely annoying me, heh.

Adfree, AndMemory, guess right now they are the only 2 extra apps im using that require root.. outside of the normal stuff everyone should have... root explorer, terminal, and all that jazz...
on my ascend i had much more.. had to have 8 apps just to make it run smooth.. but the optimus m just runs so damn smooth.. no need for alot of it lol

Oh yeah... SetDNS, because who wants to use your crappy ISP DNS when there are much faster and more stable alternatives. :P

I don't use AndMemory and when i saw it it reminds me of an app that i have called AutoKiller Memory Optimizer.... does anyone notice a difference between the two?

never really gotten into the DNS stuff. Always had the fastest internet. My connection flies at home. (i got roadrunner lightning 5 MB a sec)

But, ima try it lol.... what DNS did u use Google's?

Juicedefender is a good app, and wifi key recovery. Went to friends house, said I needed wifi. He put his pass, I check quickly and save it lol :D

I know this isn't for root but have you gotten flash player for armv6? Its so useful, and for the password saver. I would recommend keeper or like roboform. Or you can go to /data/system/accounts.DB and get an app or syncer to decode the passwords... I wouldn't trust apps though, at least 1/4 have people saying no effect or their account was hacked etc etc etc. As for the /data/system/accounts.DB, you'd need to be sort of tech savvy to use terminal emulator to decrypt or something lol.

imho i'm going to stay with AutoKiller Memory Optimizer.... it seems to work better and noone wants to tell me what the difference is :/

its not so much of a task killer.. on average.. when im using andmemory.. i have 315-330 mb ram free.. phone runs super fast.. everything loads in an instant.. it was recommened to me by playfulgod on another forum when i had my asecnd.. and i still use it.. i havent used autokiller.. from my experience.. task killers slow down ur phone..
