Ok does this work?
Takes you to your post #173 in this thread and when you press that one still blank, so no but isn't it fun learning how to do it?![]()
The best screen protector is gorilla glass 2. Comes already on the screen. I never used a protector on my s2, s3 and don't have one on my note 2. the glass is very scratch resistant and I feel a protector only takes away from the screen. Even the smudges are easy to get out
Alright, I just ordered the sgp Ultra Oleopobic protectors. After 3 days of having the ultra crystal on I can't stand the fingerprints. Scandalex is right. The actual naked glass doesn't smudge like the ultra crystal. As soon as I get the Ultra Oleopobic I'll post my findings.

Okay, so I really haven't even had that much time with the phone, but I really do like it a lot...and, I'm realizing why I felt the Ultra Crystal didn't have as much fingerprint residue (and was easier to clean). I honestly think it has something to do with the glass that's used on the Note 2. Just in the short time I've had it, I've put my fingers all over the darn screen, similar to how I did with the Photon. There's nowhere near as much residue as I would get with the Photon. Same thing with the original EVO, and my Flyer tablet.

Dangit - I just ordered the ultra crystal! Do let us know how this turns out - I might have to do the same (again - I just ordered the Seidio Surface too - copying you man!).
Okay so I got the SGP Oleophobic late yesterday and just put it on and all I can say is WOW! Huge difference from the Ultra Crystal in terms of any visible smudges. I also feel like my finger glides across the screen better than the Ultra crystal too. They definitely sold me on this one. It will be my protector of choice from now on. Went on a little easier since I just put the Ultra on about a week ago and got the hang of it. Now taking off the surface case, that was a bit of a challenge! Highly recommend the Oleophobic for anyone who's on the fence.
I was thinking of going with the Ultra Crystal for the best clarity and I'm not a fan of matte finish protectors because they usually diminish the clarity. But that's not the case with the Oleophobic?
The oleophobic is totally clear and to my eyes looks just like the ultra. The difference is the oleo has a thin layer of a chemical that repels oil. I've had the ultra on all my smartphones but the oleo definitely makes the smudges less noticeable while making the tactile experience much more pleasant.
This is the main reason I went with the oleophobic version. I forgot who told me originally, but they said it looked just like ultra except didn't have to wipe screen as often.
