Hard to say but that's not an easy answer. Obviously you would have to overclock. Every phone is different though as I can't OC over 1.9 and others can.
What version are you on at the moment ?
I find any of ldriftas' ROMs work flawlessly on battery and performance , my phone has always loved ICK1.4 and homeless kernel , as the battery would last a day and a half with heavy use 
and a test score of 5124, but that's because I took anyway battery for speed and used pluage extreme kernel and OC to 2.2 it gets way to hot so I keep it at 1.2 now , I'm a battery saver kinda guy

I got my highest with the plague 2.2 kernel. 5013

On GSE with 2.2 my highest was a 4945

One kernel I'll max out at 2.1. Another kernel I'll max out 2. But then I'll get one that reboots at 1.9.
I think it's more with the kernel than if you're phone can handle it. Only thing that makes sense.
