Best kernel - Rom GS2 Advice plz

Hi, there wanting to update my Rom-Kernel but whats the best to update too? Android version 2.3.3 Baseband version 19100XXKE4 Kernel version 2.6.35.7-i9100XWKE1-CL181974 GINGERBREAD XWKE1 any advice would be appreciated.

Cyanogenmod and miui are pretty awesome and there is also many more roms.

Miui is simple made kind of like iphone, very easy to use. Not so much configuratable.
Cyanogenmod is very configuratable but it has many bugs also, nice eyecandy etc.
