Help best mp3/mp4 , sms widgets ???

is there a good sms widget program that I can see and type the message without having to enter the prog but through the home screen?

also looking for mp3/mp4 prog widget that shows everything on the home screen.

I hope it will not lag my phone

phone lag is a subjective opinion (depending on your favoritism appeal to an app)

That said, I use Handcent for my SMS needs. Their widget is wonderful, but I stopped using it now. (Didn't need it)

mp3/mp4 widget that shows on homescreen? I have no idea what you mean. I suppose the default music widget might help you. Then there's Merdian-III (I think thats what it's called).

Me, for my video needs I use mVideoPlayer. It's simple and works for my usage.

I'll give Handcent a try although I dought they have the type of widget that I am looking for. As for the mp3/mp4 widget the default music widget is something I am looking for only a more advanced form.
