best notepad app for evo

Okay, so I signed up for a Catch account, but I also noticed that you can link to your Google account? Where would I have been able to see the notes on a PC, if I had just linked the app to my google account?

I'm using InkPad for basic notes. I still plan to audition others.

For secure/locked notes I love Safe Notes. Free in the Market. The app password-protects itself so any notes cannot be opened or even previewed until you enter the password. No one can even tell what notes you've got in there, or if you have any at all.

There a soooo many - with soooo many features! I'm going through them but there are also so many...

ALL I WANT is a simple shopping list automatically synced in real time (or every xx minutes) between two phones. Nothing else.

Sure all those zillions of extra features globbed on might be nice, but I want pure simplicity - an app my husband can use without thinking. LOL

Thoughts on this for the "best" category now?

I am in college and using the Toshiba Tablet. I want a programs with all the "bells and whistles". I am willing to pay extra, but I want a robust programs, that I can switch colors and as I write it it will put the text on a line. I take a lot of notes in school. I want to be able to email them and save them as PDF files also. I want to have the ability to change the background color (yellow, blue, ect) and also have alarms that will alert me to when something is do.
Is there a program like that for the Android???

Hi meddocray, I am not familiar with an app that has those features all in one, but you might want to repost this in the correct tablet forum in here Android Tablets & MIDs - Android Forums and here Android Applications - Android Forums. You will have better luck there, this thread relates specifically to the Evo4G.

I have Evernote and I find it too cumbersome to use. I'm used to Blackberry memopad and I have been looking for an app just like it. Evernote has cool features but two big downsides. One, the notes are online. So if I'm in a place out of internet range then I can't access them. That has been becoming an issue with me. Second is that there are too many steps in editing, adding more info to the notes, and saving.

So my question is, is it possible to access ColorNote through web access? So I can add notes from google docs or from evernote? I'm trying to import all of my notes from evernote to colornote. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!
