Root Best PRL for..

Okay so recently the PRL I use for my phone sucks. It sucks in any place I usually go on a daily basis, but doesn't suck for when im outside.

I live in Wisconsin anyone else got a good PRL for up here?

here is the thread for your question. just sometimes search a little bit and you will find what your looking for. makeing another of the same thread is not good.
