I'm currently using FPSE. I have the bio's and games, my only problem is that the buttons for it on my LG is pretty huge. I don't know if it's suppose to be like that. I don't know if I can make it smaller, if it's possible please tell me how to do it. Anyway I need a good PS1 emulator without giant buttons, without the sound being staticy. So my question is simple, are there any emulators that are better then FPSE? Can I shrink the button size for FPSE?

Yeah u can resize the pads. The option is under video settings. Also try using SPU sync under audio settings. Its gonna slow your games down a little so I recommend overclocking. Turning off frame skip control also helps speed things up a little after spu sync. I hope this helps and enjoy cause you've got the absolute best psx emulator for any android.
