Root Best Recovery?

im sure im not the only one whose excited for software root, but since im new to HTC, whats the best recovery? clockwork, amon_ra, something else?

I say clockwork because it widely popular and updates to support newer phones,also it quickly backups your current rom.

I know with the original Dinc1 CWM was the most compatable with the sense based roms however if AOSP is more your speed then the risk is yours..

CWM is the most common with HTCs and so long as you keep the version upto date then you should never have issues

Well at this point in time we only have ClockworkMod recovery. no-one has ported Amon-RA. with alpha Rev came 4.0.0.4, we have had 4.0.0.5. today I see we got a port of 4.0.0.8. I'd upgrade to that. XDA forums.
