Root Best Recovery??

So pretty much from what I've read on the internet and what not is that Amon Ra and Smelkusmod are the best recoveries for the Evo. Is one better than the other?? I currently have Amon Ra 2.3 i believe. Thanks in advance for any help

Amon Ra 2.3 does do a fantastic job itself!
However, I like Smelkus Mod because it offers the options of combo wipes, and I believe an option to auto reboot after a nandroid backup is complete.
And I think you have a choice of different font colors to choose from. Just something different I like about it. I'm up for anything new and improved

Smelkus is the best. It's based on the legendary amon ra. Can't go wrong with either tbh

i'm old school and love amon ra 2.3....but i just flashed diablo67's smelkus (SheDevil)themed recovery cuz i got bored the other day. it is pretty sweet.
