An update..I did solve wireless tether....I went to application manager, forced stop and then cleared cache...then uninstall older version and the installed pre-9...works fine...!!!! I betcha it's the clear cache thing...
im currently running Fresh 3.3.0.1 off of the new HTC kernel and its great... my battery life has almost been too good, i dont understand it... but im not complaining...
i dont see the need to ever change it from this honestly...
