Okay, so I have a samsung captivate and was wondering what is the best rom? and has anyone made a custom rom like there own probably have but stupid question, anyways. I like the way the ice cream sandwich looks and it runs smoothly but still has bugs on my phone. Like my call thing freezes when i try to make a call etc...What rom runs the best?

Just have to try them out. I am using Legend 3.0 and really like it. They have an ICS themed version also have TW4 flashable for it. Check it out at XDA.
