Finally rooted my evo two days ago and i am running CyanogenMod 6.1.1 and very impressed but i was wondering what is the best rom around

There are also a few threads on the first couple of pages in this forum speaking about people's experiences with ROM's. Try a few out and see which one you like, like wrap mentioned, it's all based on preference.

oh thanks for the info i saw some ppl talking about myn or something like that is there a big difference from the one im running right now

Yes. Cyanogen is an AOSP ROM and Myn's is Sense based.
AOSP is built off the Android Open Source Project source code, so it's not associated with HTC or sense at all.
Sense is a ROM based off the HTC source AND uses the Rosie launcher.
