Root Best Rom to Use ?

I'm using Scottys clean rom 1.6 (GB) right now.. still can't get Wifi tether to work.. plus my GV Dialer app won't work now..

Can anyone tell me what is the best rom to use that is the most stable and bug free ?

All of the GB Roms are fairly stable. Try them out and see which you like best. I don't know that there's a right answer to this.

There is no true "best" Rom out there. You just have to try them and see what you like.

Also, no problems with either GV or WiFi tether. Whats not working for you?

Each ROM provides different capabilities so I don't know that one should compare ROMs on stability alone. For example, some ROMs provide an overclocking capability and each ROM provides different, additional features the stock ROM doesn't contain. So really you need to read about what features each contains and decide which features suit you best.
