Root Best rom?

Hey all,

I used to run cyanogenmod7 on my phone and I loved it but I switched to Royal Ginger just to have netflix on my phone. Now that my netflix on the go fever has worn off due to my purchase of a new laptop I was going to flash cyanogen again but before that I was wondering if anyone knows of any rom which may be better? As far as I know and from what google has shown me Cyanogen still reigns supreme.

I moved this to the Mytouch 4G all things root section, since roms are device specific. Hopefully you can get some help here.

Yes, thanks! I actually forgot we had this section and found one called Virtuous Unity which seems to run off sense and I sure do love sense!

I use the new Royal Ginger 3.0 and love it. I think they used Cyanogen mod as a base and then added onto it, so I don't know how much better CM7 can be than what you have (if you're using RG3.0)

I'd highly recommend the CM Nexus Gingerbread rom from Faux123:

Apart from some bad keyboard defaults (which you can change), it's a nigh-perfect rom. It's very close to vanilla Android, it has great performance, and it has great battery life. Very stable.
