Root Best way to root?

So I've heard of several ways to root the EVO like: unrevoked, fresh and simple root..

Which one do you guys think has worked the best? Like the least buggy one and easiest to root.

Well simple root takes like 20 mins. The waiting is just for the files to instal so try that method. You cant root if you have the latest ota tho.

Simpleroot steps 1 and 2 worked great for me. I had to do step 3 manually though due to some errors but it was fairly easy.

Okay cool does anyone know how to take the root off incase my phone breaks or something and when i send it back to sprint they'll still fix it?
