best way to transfer contacts?

Ok so I'm going to exchange my Eris for a droid an besides having the people at the VZW store transfer my contacts for me what's the easiest way I can do it. Thanks!

Just grasping at straws here, but does your current phone sync with Gmail and contacts? Are all your contacts available to you at the gmail.com website? If so, they will sync automatically when you configure your new phone for gmail.

That's all I have. If this is not your setup, i'm sure others will have better ideas.

Oh ya I didn't even think of that Hah...yes I use gmail but on my eris I don't think I synced all my contacts with it just some
