best way to wipe customised S2 for RTM

hopefully will never have to do this, but was just wondering what's the best way to wipe the Galaxy S2 clean, so it could be returned for repair without *tinkering* detection? i know if i flashed a branded stock rom via Odin it would remove root, but would it also remove CWM recovery? i have a USB jig which would remove the rom count. would there be any tell tale system files left on the internal SD after flashing the original rom?

What you've said its the way to go. If you want to make sure you could delete the apps and folders which require root accesses.
