I guess I'm not sure what would be better, using a spreadsheet or to make columns with a word processor. What I want to do is make basic daily record of my exercises, weight, cheat meals, etc. Maybe 10 columns.
I guess spreadsheets would make more sense. What do you think would be the best spreadsheet?
I would recommend Google Documents. You can have access to them from anywhere you have cell service or wifi. There's an app which makes it even easier to make quick changes to it as well.
