better battery life after 2.10.405.2 update

has anyone else saw that the battery life is better after the update?
i've updated yesterday and after playing today with it I noticed that the battery is better
every day between 6.30am till 11.30am I browse the internet (not over wifi) for news and stuff (for at least 1.5hours), 0.5-1 hour of internet radio, around 1 hour of gaming, 10-15 min talking...and the rest of the time on standby.
each day after this routine my battery was less then 20% and had to charge it.

today after all of this...battery is around 40%
 
Mine seems to be much better too. Ill often finish a working day on more than 50% battery, used to be lower than that.
 
What is the radio version?

I'm using R8 rom at moment and hoping for an updated radio to help improve as it often is a bit random re battery life.

Sometimes battery can go down very slowly, other times it can drop to low 90's quite quickly.
 
I seem to be getting a couple of hours more out of mine.....I've also noticed I'm getting a stronger signal than before.

mine is also like this, yesterday i finished the day with ~50% battery left, today its dropping like flies....no difference in usage.

I have also noticed and increased signal strength using the R8 Rom - could affect the battery as its not constantly searching for 3G???
 
I've defiantly noticed an increase.I charged up after the update yesterday and my battery is showing 87% and it's been unplugged 14h 37mins.

Signal strength seems better aswell,kept loosing signal in my house before but it's fine now.

What radio version are you using? Go to Settings > About Phone > Software information and it's listed under "Baseband version"
 
Got 39hrs out of mine since I updated, still got 15% left...that includes "Angry Birds" for an hour, quite a bit of surfing and RSS, as well as music. I only synch manually though, and not every hour.
