Root Better Battery life?

I ask the same thing lol but I'm using power rom its really great rom and awesome battery life with power kernal but I'm using anthrax kernel I'm having a little bit of bad battery life
 
They're really different beasts, Harmonia being a light weight stock like rom and Midnight being built more for pure performance while not really concerning itself with battery life as it's dev readily admits. Everyone has their respective favorite and that's your best bet, try them all out and decide what's best for you. You might find that a small ui tweak in one rom impresses you more than a slightly longer battery life in another. Good luck and have fun. :D
 
Don't forget, you can put Anthrax in Harmonia as well for a very nice performance boost as well.

Midnight is pre-tweaked for all out speed, Harmonia tries to strike a balance between compatibility, performance, and battery life, but leaves the door open for customization. My personal setup is Harmonia 3.17 with Anthrax, not because of speed (things run fine) but because with this combination, USB OTG works, allowing me to connect hard drives and such for work.

Don't be afraid to try various roms as well as various rom/kernel combinations to find what best suits you.
