It's totally worth it. ALThough, on my phone it takes a LONG time to load the activity list. Just be patient. Also, I have to kill Better Cut between creating shortcuts. Don't know why.

Also, the iBox icon packs are the iPhone icons. ANd the Windows packages have a lot of great ones. As does Serenade, Unity, and Tenuis.
