Help Better Gallery App?

busted bones

Android Enthusiast
I saw that EarlyMon posted a gallery app somewhere that he recommended from the Market Place however I cant find his post. Anyone have any recommendations for the app?

I wish Motorola would have just made a simple gallery app.

I am going to try a few different including QuickPic, Gallery3D...any other recommendations?

Quick Pic is the best Gallery app I've seen anybody post. With HTC, I actually liked the stock gallery, but after getting the Photon and realizing that the format is different on the stock app than HTC's format, Quick Pic is something I plan on using for all my future phones, especially because of the folder filtering.

Just downloaded QuickPic, and even playing with it for just a few minutes I already like it better than Moto's stock Gallery (which is atrocious and made me miss my Evo every time I opened it).

Installing QuickPic now...will play with it tonight...

Pretty straight forward to set up, also. You don't have to jump through hoops to figure out which folders you want to set for viewing and if you set one folder up for viewing that has sub-folders with pics, it'll show all the pics from the main folder (including the pics in the sub-folder).

I first downloaded the Gallery 3D. Nice interface, but no very intuitive to use. I also noticed it would not rotate 360.

I tried QuickPic and all I can say is Wow! Very nice and the developer does not charge or burden the end user with advertisements. I would of happy paid a buck or so for an app like this. Nice features as well.

Agreed, I'd be happy to toss a buck the developer's way. QuickPic is awesome.
