Help Better keyboard 8

Anybody use Better Keyboard 8? Been operating weird since the gingerbread update. Not sure if the issue is the keyboard or a general problem with gingerbread.
 
I use it as well and its been a little quirky since the update. I'm hoping the app will release an update because I really like this keyboard.
 
Better keyboards developer was removed from the market due to copyright violations in some of their skins. That is likely the real issue. I bought it too, and am kinda pissed. I did a factory reset, so if I want it back I have to buy it again from Amazon Appstore.
