WiFi is fine just on mobile network even with 5 bars it stops and loads forever updated profile and prl.

So nothing loads on your 3G network, correct? Nothing as in web pages, YouTube videos etc etc.

Well , Virgin Mobile is known for having not so great 3G Speeds. You have to consider that.
I'm in the same boat, YouTube often pauses to buffer several times throughout a video (especially on HD.) It's not limited to 3G either, happens at home on WiFi too. And FWIW, I can stream YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc on my computer all day long over the same WiFi connection without constant buffering.
I think the problem is not necessarily the streaming throughput, but the amount that YouTube initially buffers before starting a video. If there was some way to increase the buffer size I think that would do it. I don't really want to choose the play offline option every time I start a video. Maybe a modified apk is the answer? A little bit over my head though, I'm afraid.
