Right now im using weatherbug elite but it doesnt seem to have an hourly breakdown if it does anyone kno how i can access it and if it doesnt anyone know a good app that does show hourly breakdowns

Even the free version of weatherbug gives hour-by-hour breakdowns. Go to the calendar icon in weatherbug (next to map view). When it shows the day views, slide the day over for a 12 hour view, then slide that over for hour-by-hour.
