Bicycle Mount?

Any bicycle mount recommendations for the Note... I know it's kind of hard when considering the size there really isn't anything like it... I've seen some mounts on eBay but they don't protect it from say a nice fall to the ground...

Using my iPhone 4 on my bike I was able to find those waterproof type cases that mount to the bike... that's essentially what I would like for the Note as well...

my backup choice would be to rig it up to a top tube bag or something in a way that would keep it sturdy and water resistant as possible

Maybe use one of the neoprene arm-band cases and wrap around stem? I just bought a chinese arm-band from ebay and it's pretty top-notch. Not exactly water-proof, but mostly wet-proof ('cept for the headphone hole and slit in the backside)

No protection from rain, but then I don't plan bike rides with the threat of rain. It's very sturdy, and there is an additional "bungee" cord that you overlap the phone with, so in the event you accidentally bang into it and the holder breaks from the base, the bungee will prevent the whole thing from crashing to the ground.
