Root Big devs out to lunch

Ive been in the irc and on our forums and i see the that 2 big devs that helped port recovery on to the esteem have moved and have been M.I.A for awile. Our friend and super hero dev playfulgod has been working on cm9 all on his own and i feel that this is a team effort,we cant once again put it all on plays sholders he has a life and i see that people have a hard time letting go of a buck or two so that playfulgod can take care of the bills.us as testers and just regular users we have failed as a community we have to support our devs people.

Im asking all the devs to come back and support pripaid phones,im also asking people to step it up and shoot these guys some money," people show them you want them to stay so we can have a real life community on here".

you know i read a pretty neat thread on xda in the nook forum, about how the devs empowered the users to get more involved with their hardware and it paid off in spades. a huge number of their user base was not only developing fixes for small items, but also giving much more input on the bigger ones.

i think the fact that alot of people are scared to open a build.prop or even understand the most basic fundamentals in how the system is put together, keeps the entire development lugging along slower than it should be. anyways i appreciate whatever people can do,

and im sure MT and cubed are not knowingly forgetting about us. remember there are bigger things than hacked up phone operating systems, and perhaps thats what they are up to at the moment..

Bigger Things than hacking our phones os's? like what? Families? jobs? No but seriously I think some people may simply not know how to donate. And some may be embarrassed if they can't give a lot or as much as they would like. People should know that every little bit counts and small donations will add up. So give 5 bucks or whatever you can! Its all appreciated.

I am always open to testing something or disecting my phone to help towards development, i just didn't want to start a thread saying that lol but i offer help here and there..

but i agree, some people are not familiar with how most of this works lol I literally just started to learn this stuff about a year ago and i ALWAYS learn something new each day which is how i got to where i am now.. but there are still so many things i dont know or have the time for.. and there are people who are 10 times as advanced as me (PG, MT) lol but i try helping the community out as much as i can with the time im given

long story short I am usually poking around on here so if there anything i can do to help anyone please let me know.. lol started gettin way off subject
