Root big poblems,help

i was flashing to stock and on the nexus root tool kit and now the only thing my nexus does is boot to start,bootloader,i think recovery,but i did the unthinkable and wiped sd card i guess,and its stuck on the google screen,with the unlock icon,how do i gt to stock,or stock rooted,ive messed with it alday and just cant gt anywhere,ill b up til 3/4 am if any nightowls are out n about,plz anyone help,ty very much guys/girls

Start off by going here and grab the appropriate file for your device (nakasi or nakasig depending on if your N7 is wifi only (first one) or has mobile data capabilities (second one)).

Second, go here to get 7-Zip if you don't already have it.

Third, use 7-Zip to extract the other file you downloaded.

Fourth, open a command prompt (Win-r, type "cmd" (without quotes) and hit enter).

Fifth, type the following command (replacing the example path with the actual path for your files. If the files are not on the same partition that the command window shows, use /d between cd and the path):

[HIGH]cd C:\path\to\extracted\files[/HIGH]

Make sure your device is connected and booted into the bootloader (Droid on its back with a panel open on its front), then run:

[HIGH]flash-all.bat[/HIGH]

After that, your device should be working again and you should be prompted to set up your device

thank you for the advice,i tried alnight to fix it,but it jus stuck on the google screen,and i gv up,til this morning and i guess the nexus god helped out lol,not sure what i did differently but the wugfresh worked,the main issue was it wouldnt see the adb ,dont ask how i did it,but im going to try to remember to post for others that run into the same problem,but i do ty very much for your advice,one more thing,i read somewhere when flashing a rom,dont delete sd card data or something like that,and i believe thats what i did and erased everything,so if anyone could explain alil more on that issue plz.sorry to write so much ty all again
