Root Big Problem

I was doing a back up yesterday with rom manager, when phone rebooted i had lost access to memory card also no network after around 30 seconds emergency calls only, have tried all sorts today 3 different memory cards, all the same can not be found, i can not do a factory reset, just reverts to installed rom can access wifi but not download from market, am at a total loss as to do next and need help please if anyone can Thanks.

Phone has been fine since March rooted and running Oxygen rom

Sounds similar to this problem.

And that one was started by ROM Manager as well.

Good news is (as you can see from that thread) that it is soluble, but it's a bit of a pain.
