Bigger = Better?

I compared my DX with a guys Driod the other day and his was heavier, and not that much smaller. I am getting used to the size of the DX. When I upgraded to a 61" TV from a 37" it took me a few days to adjust. Now it would be hard to go back to anything smaller. I think that many DX owners are going to have adjustment issues of they ever have to go back to a smaller display.

I'm fine with the size of the X, but I think that's about as big as I'm willing to go...until they come out with the roll-up screens ;)

Yup. I could never go back to anything smaller than 4.3 now; it makes everything so much easier and is still MORE than manageable as far as size goes.

Love it.

I like the size. I was a little worried at first from some of the blog reporting, but after actually getting to carry it for a couple of days I think it works just fine. I don't think I can go much larger though before it becomes too large for one handed use.

If I have one complaint is that when in landscape mode when you bring up the keyboard you don't have much screen to see. That being said, I don't think I really want it wider.

If I can fit a 24" screen in my pocket I would. In this case, bigger is better for me. My eyesight is good but that doesn't mean I like to strain them while viewing tiny lettering (regardless of how crisp they are). I played with the iPhone 4 a few weeks ago and walked away unimpressed. The screen up close is crisp yes, but laughably small. And after a certain pixel density the human eyes can't tell the difference anyway. To me it looked no crisper than the regular droid. Compared to the X the text crispness was negligible at normal viewing distances, however the X killed it in overall comfort and color reproduction. I'd much rather view the web, a picture, or a video on the X.

The iPhone 4 resolution, IMO, was wasted on such a small screen. They could have easily gone 4 inches and retained the same res. and no one would be able to tell the difference. Instead they cheaped out and went smaller. Now in light of the competition, Jobs had to save face and say no one will buy a large screen. Yeah sure.

Too big? Too small? or Just right? Would make a nice poll.
I vote for just right. It's hit the sweet spot IMHO.
