Bigger LG FACTORY battery?

We all want better battery life and a bigger battery is the obvious route....

Sooo: 1- have we found a bigger FACTORY LG battery yet?
2- what battery brands to avoid?
3- what battery brands are the shiznit(good)?

I ask because at least with the lithium polymer batteries I buy for my helicopters(usually Chinese), they only max charge a small amount of times before they go to poop. I notice most people buying Chinese batteries for their connect. So are these Chinese cheapies degrading yet?

Finally, what's the biggest battery(that isn't poop) that fits in the connect without a new battery door?

ur best bet for an extended is the qcell 3850mah on amazon. i checked mah its true. the chinese batteries dont really go to poop they just have false mah claims.
the best slim original size is the 1900 from what i read. otherwise theres nothing else i would reccomend unless ur interested in my project to build a custom extended battery

if i can get a proper extended battery custom fit it would b 4500 to 5000 mAh and fit under the same extended back cover
 
I am ONLY interested in batteries that fit within the factory lg battery cover.

Isn't their a decent 2500mAh?

What's the best brand to go with? Qcells seem decent from what I've read...
 
I wish you good luck on the qcell. I have one of those batteries and mine is only 2700mah so it's gonna be hit or miss with any extended battery you get as far as accurately advertised mah.

I've heard that they're not all that great honestly. A lot of people saying that they're worse than the 1900mwah.
google it -reviews, and you'll see what I'm saying.
 
I've been wondering about that 2430 slim one myself too. It would be perfect for me if it was accurate. Let us know.

the 2430 slim is almost the same as 1900 on my personal experience with both batteries.. in fact i would say that 1900 is little better...
Is there an app the check the real mha of a battery?
 
Has anybody got news on this? I'd love to have a definitive best battery available, I'd like to pick one up for myself, and another as a father's day present :p

If you look in phone settings in battery it should tell you, I believe.
 
FYI guys, I did not buy the gold battery...after finding the thread I was looking for, I decided it didn't sound like what it ought to be....I'm awaiting a better option that fits with the stock battery cover.
 
I think all your options are available already.. this phone is 3 month old or 4 so i dont think we ll see something better than we already have

or just use a multimeter when it's at a calculable level 3500mah @75% should be @2625 or so.
The odds of you getting a battery that is 100% of what it says it's rated at are lower than the limbo bar necessary for a gnat; HOWEVER there are numerous ones out there that give you a good 90% level.
