Root Bing to Google Switch

I am currently working on rooting my wife's phone. She doesn't like Bing and wants me to switch it to Google? Is there a quick/easy method to do so after its rooted?

I'm not certain but I think most of the custom roms do this.

You don't need to be rooted to use google. Do a search but all you need is another launcher and download Google search (i think) from the market
