biometric fingerprint reader/lock button

Anyone else wish there was a seperate lock button on the left side of the phone? I hate touching the fingerprint reader and I'm paranoid im going to crush it and break it one of these days.

This is kind of a pointless topic but i'd much rather set one of the volume rocker buttons to be my lock button instead... anyone know if that is possible?

I feel the same way. Im scared of breaking it. On a similar note I'm sure I'm not the only one who has pushed in the cover for the rear speaker thinking it was the lock button a couple times lol

^ lol I did that I think three times before I realized what I was hitting... New phones are fun to figure out... thank god I didn't shatter that as well.

Also, anyone know if Motoblur has an option for landscaping the main screen? One of my apps forces it when it runs but when I close the App the screen reverts. There must be a way (and I'm thinking XDA is my best bet..)
