Bionic and tablet benefits?

I have a ps3 that I listed on craigslist. Someone offered me a touchpad with Android OS. Are there any major benefits of having an Android tablet with a powerful Android phone like the bionic?

I have a moto xoom along with my bionic. Use my tablet as a laptop replacement at home, mostly for email and web. Web browsing is much better as you can access "full" websites rather than mobile sites. While you can do the same on the bionic its tough with the screen size. I would say its more of a luxury than a necessity. I don't do much else that I couldn't do on my bionic but life is a lot easier with a 10" screen. Bought the xoom when my dell laptop fried and I don't miss having a pc at all.

To me tablets are not essential pieces of tech like smartphones are. Tablets are just toys to me. They are kind of fun to have around, but so is the money that I spent on it. You have to find out for yourself though. Maybe they will be more useful to you.

I have a moto xoom but I don't think it could replace my laptop. The xoom is nice for traveling, at the gym and playing around with but I still use the laptop for work. I can't imagine doing most of my work on a xoom.
