Help Bionic freezing after JB update

I installed JB a week ago and now my Bionic is freezing and have to restart. anyone else having this issue? 3 times today

Did you do a Factory Data Reset after the update to JB?

yes, first thing I did was a FDR

I Tried to cleared the cache but get the droid and a red triangle with an exclamation mark and reboot in about a minute.

I finally got it on the 15th try...bugger is hard to get both rockers at same time

It's a bit tricky clicking both up/down buttons at the exact same time in order to get the menu to show... you were almost there.

on another note (didn't want to start a new thread), does anyone have the cool jelly bean install screen as a wallpaper?
