Bionic on vzw page

[redraider1]

So i was looking through vzw site and saw this at the bottom. Went to click on it and shows a nice little picture saying coming soon. Maybe this means it will be announced soon since it is showing up on the main verizon page.Cell Phones - Smartphones: Cell Phone Service, Accessories - Verizon Wireless

[Covington]

Woah! Look! It's updated more now!

[thatguy188]

Perfect. All good signs!

I put in my ZIP code *AND* the ZIP code for Shreveport LA and do not see that above page at all. In fact, no links for the Bionic, and when I search for bionic all I get is the standard display page withouta Learn more link on it....

[HanSolo]

Ditto. I don't know where the heck you guys saw that link. It's either been removed or you're liars.

[johnlgalt]

I'm betting on removed. The folks in all the various Android forums have caught all sorts of temporarily enabled and then later disabled pages in the last two years at both OEM and Carrier pages that I don't doubt that this was a real page.

The only odd thing, though, that may support your second conclusion, is that that 'link' has only the Bionic logo instead of a phone pic....

[thatguy188]

I saw that page too ... last I checked was @ ~10am EST.

Edit: Its removed now for me also (just checked again) however when you clicked that page earlier all it did was bring you to this famous page: http://shop.verizonwireless.com/?id=Droid Bionic

Liars!

Liars!!!

[johnlgalt]

OMG, is that from The Princess Bride?

But is also a result of searching from other pages, including here: Set Your Location
